“I had Chris as a personal trainer for about a year, during which time a LOT happened that kept me from being as reliable with my scheduling as I would have liked. Between lots of work trips out of town, my husband coming home from deployment, a death in the family, changing jobs, and then the big one of finding out I was pregnant a few months into my training plan, to say I had a lot going on during our year working together is an understatement. Throughout all of those things that inevitably led to unpredictable scheduling and more last-minute cancelations on my part than I would like to admit, Chris was amazing! He was incredibly understanding, kind, and flexible, even going to the point of making sure I was getting the right amount of sessions that I paid for, when I was out of town for several weeks, which technically pushed me out of my contract time. He was always professional and patient, and what was extra important was that he tailored everything perfectly once I let him know I was pregnant. I was very confident in his knowledge of human physiology and the plans he came up with for me and pregnancy-friendly alternatives to workouts he had already familiarized me with had me feeling safe, but also not like I was wasting my time. I was still able to get a great workout in, and I partially credit my workouts with him for how healthy I stayed throughout my entire pregnancy.
I appreciated the other things offered by Logic Fitness such as the meal planning & nutrition explanations, as well as the classes, even though I never got to take full advantage due to all the different things I had going on. We are moving this summer, otherwise I would 100% be going back to Chris once cleared postpartum. If you are thinking about trying out a personal trainer, take the plunge and do a consultation with Chris. Can’t recommend him & his company enough!“
