Great customer service. I ordered an Olympic plates bundle and the carrier lost all the plates. I contacted the customer service and they responded quickly. They contacted the carrier and kept me updated. After a week, they sent me a replacement set. And of course, the plates are just what I wanted — high quality and sturdy.

I received the shipment of urethane dumbbells + stand for 2.5 to 25 pounds in 2.5 pound increments plus pairs to 35 pounds, 3 days ago, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The stand is very stable, good looking, and does not occupy too much space. The dumbbells appear to be very high quality. Everything was shipped and packed and received with no damage, and the shipper was in and out of my garage in less than 5 minutes and wore a mask for Covid requirements. Thanks Natali for all your help. Also thanks to Michelle in other discussions. It was really stressful as I intended this to be a Christmas present, but the intended recipient was not motivated for weight training as an exercise routine, and at the last minute rejected it. I felt it best to keep it for myself and donated my old dumbbell set to a close person who could use it. Natali was very quick to help with me with the stress of a shipper about to arrive, a recipient not being cooperative, and my needs to reroute the product, this was beyond doubt the **best customer service** experience I've had with any product. I'll likely be making a follow up purchase soon. After Natali helped me with the rerouting, I'm keeping it and I'll be needing heavier weights. This is because of the excellent customer service and quality of the product, Kudos to you.

Well it was back to Sentara Fitness for about the 5th or 6th time in the last several years. Even though I can go on base for free for what I experience it is so not worth it. The water was so cold this winter I thought I was going to have a heart attack, among many other issues. Anyways when I went to the pool area it was nice and warm and toasty and the water temp. was just right. The hot tub could use a few more working jets or more power but I still enjoyed it. Staff very attentive and polite. Place is laid back and clean, and even though I didn't go upstairs yet I know will not have to wait forever to get on the equipment. Thanks to Tara and Director Carla for working with me and the follow up to get me back. Great customer service!
