I was just looking at my past messages and realized that I never left a review for this company! My goodness this is LONG overdue! Ok so I first started messaging with the owner to schedule a carpet cleaning, but then was told by my mgt company that we only needed to clean the house. I updated my request and she (the owner) was simply wonderful! We were able to communicate clearly and quickly even though she was having an emergency. The cleaning she did was incredibly thorough and in a very reasonable time. I appreciate her experience that allowed us to get our deposit back upon move out. I hired this company to clean my apartment upon moving out. They cancelled at the last minute because of short staffing. I wasted a day of leave to be there for cleaners that didn't show up. For this they offered a 10% discount. So I got $12.00 off, but it cost me $250+ in time off at work. I rescheduled for the next available date, but by that point, the electricity was turned off. This meant that the crew could not vacuum. I had to hire another company for the carpet. I could hardly tell that the crew "cleaned." They sent pictures after they were "done."
