We brought our yorkie to location 1897 (HAMPTON, VA) for a wellness visit today. We have had him for almost a year and have been primarily coming to this location from the beginning. We are always warmly greeted and receive thorough, considerate and patient service. The entire team is collectively an absolute asset to the company. Upon his assessment, some concerning issues were brought to our attention. Karla took the time to alleviate our worries and answered our MANY questions with extensive knowledge, grace and patience. We left feeling much more confident about impending future decisions. Stellar customer service! Very much appreciated!
Hands down, I was impressed from first walking in to the very end! The people here are so friendly and knowledgeable that I knew my fur baby was in good hands from the moment I walked in. They kept me informed on every part of my puppies treatment plan to her behaviour when she was in the other room. This is my go to place moving forward for all of my pets and you can’t beat the prices.
