The Neighborhood Computer Store is absolutely phenomenal! I took my sons gaming computer in due to some issues and they were able to quickly diagnose, rectify the issue and have the system back to us in a very short time. They are truly the best!!! Special thanks to Ian! He is a true professional & he saved my sons gaming weekend!! I highly recommend the Neighborhood Computer Store!!
I have been a customer of the Neighborhood Computer Store for almost 9 years. They are the best - fast service and low prices on computer repairs. I have had them do everything from fixing a printer to replacing a hinge on a laptop to installing software on a new computer to recovering files from 3.5" floppy discs. I will never go anywhere else for help with computer. And - they do make house calls!! I would give them 10 stars if I could - they deserve it!
My HP needed a cooling fan replacement. I took it to Geek Squad at Best Buy. They need a reservation for an opportunity to talk to you now, but did say that we should expect 2-3 weeks because it would require a trip to Kentucky. Anish was able to fix it in less then 1 day. He is a very gifted IT professional and I definitely recommend the Neighborhood Computer Shop.
