“I can say a lot but I'll say I disagree completely with all the negative reviews! This was my first visit today and it was amazing! I left my prior PCM because of the lack of care and the wait times when you go to the appointment. I was so impressed at how quickly I was called back and how quickly the doc came in. I saw Dr Arnold. I will say he is probably by far the best doctor I have seen in the last 10 years. He took the time to listen to me, addressed my concerns, and didn't try to rush me out like most doctors do. The front office ladies were amazing, very kind and friendly. The doctors nurse was just as amazing! Very pleased with my first appointment and hope to continue my care at Elizabeth Lakes with Dr Arnold! It makes a huge difference when you have a doctor that listens and doesn't push you out of the door!“

“Ive been going here for about 2 years now. When i was going through my divorce i had to find a doctor FAST due to some unforeseen circumstances. Dr. Krystyna Caratachea was the first one available and im so glad she was! She didnt even know what was going on in my life but her intuition knew something was wrong. She took care of me as if i was family! I have been going to see her ever since. Im going to hate when she retires, but she deserves it! Oh and everyone else who works there are super nice too! Highly recommend bruton family practice!“

“I followed Dr. Leavey from Riverside Suburban to this practice because of how genuine and caring she is. When I walked in to Kiln Creek Primary Care I was blown away by how spotless, modern and spacious the waiting room was. The reception area looks great and is well equipped for the girls on the desk. Their customer service was second to none, both in person and over the phone. Thank you Tamika for your help scheduling an appointment and helping with the paperwork! It's hard to find a doctor and nurse who actually care for your well-being and won't rush you. Nurse Barbara is lovely, and Dr. McAleer-Leavey is the best; compassionate, knowledgeable, respectful, patient and friendly. You can count on these two and all the staff at Kiln Creek to look after you, which is exactly what you want and need as a patient.“

“Ms. Shannon Williams has been wonderful with my son. He has made amazing progress under her guidance. She made coming to speech fun and exciting. It was his favorite thing to do each week and he is sad to be graduating from speech. I'm so glad that my son had her as a therapist.“

I haven't had any bad experience from the staff here, the sugar test was the first time I have hated being there but that's not their fault. “The Noland Surgery Center is an amazing place full of nurses and doctors who are kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. What more can you ask for when your child has surgery. I was so scared but they made sure I knew everything from beginning to end. They cared for my baby like he was their own child. Awesome staff! And Dr Wojcik is extremely knowledgeable and explains the procedure multiple times without you asking. Thank You“

“I grew up going to the children's clinic, and so did my daughters, and it was always great. Yesterday my daughter was there with HER daughter who is now 17. Check up and urine sample was $350, which is a little outrageous,..but the worst part is the doctor looking right past my daughter, asked questions like, Are you ever depressed? Granddaughter answered," Once in awhile," doc said, "I can put you YOU on medication,..then she asked her about her periods, and suggested putting her on birth control, all the while acting like my daughter wasn't there, and then followed it up by saying "When you turn 18, you don't need any parents consent for prescriptions...still acting like my daughter was not there...very unethical...“

“I have seen Sarah for Med Mgmt and Mike for therapy for years, and I feel so fortunate to have found Coastal and these two amazing providers. I've been in the psychiatric system for close to 30 years and I can confidently say that Sarah and Mike are the team I've been seeking since I was 17. Sarah immediately put me at ease. She really listens to and hears me, which can be a rarity with psychiatric care. She is sensitive to my preferences and needs. I actually look forward to appointments with her, as she takes the time to get to know me beyond my diagnosis. Further, she's deeply knowledgeable about her work, so I always feel I'm getting the best care. I've seen more emotional progress in my work with Mike than I have with any other therapist I've seen. He is so friendly and funny, I'm always at ease. What I really love is that Mike shares personal stories that make me feel that, even though there's an inherent power differential between a therapist and a client, he really understands what I'm talking about. But he has shared so many profound insights with me that I carry with me wherever I go and inspires me to make healthier choices internally and with regards to trauma responses and stressful situations. I am a stronger person for having had these two people in my life. The front desk staff is not particularly welcoming, though I have not had any billing issues so far. I'll tolerate a lot to continue receiving outstanding care from Sarah and Mike.“
