I have been at this location several times. Its often busy so wait times are long. I did not have insurance the visit was 100 a test 20 and the PA prescribed the least expensive antibiotic since I was without insurance. I was able to get my meds and feeling a lot better. I work in healthcare & realize that there are somethings out of their control. The team at this location is friendly and hardworking
The care was expedient however I brought my own Lysol wipes and spray and I'm glad I did. I should have taken pictures of my wipes. I immediately wiped down my lobby seat and all four wipes were filthy. Upon going into the observation room... Same thing. I sanitized before and after leaving so the next patient wouldn't after already not feeling well have to deal with a nasty room ??
While I had 1 recent concern, overall I've not had a problem using this MD Express location. They are Always there when I have a sudden medical problem & can't get in to see my Primary Doc during an Urgent health matter. Their MD even took time to review my file. All I can say is, I'M IMPRESSED & Plan to return on my next health challenge. ?
