I had a poor experience with a larger flooring supplier in Hampton and went to LL flooring and they had exactly what I needed. The price was a little higher but the quality far exceeded what I planned on getting at the other store. The customer service was amazing. They had the exact product I needed for a tremendous value. LL flooring has earned my respect and business.

Went to LL Flooring. We have been looking at flooring for quite awhile now as we want to put flooring down and it be timeless yet fit into our old farm home. We didn't purchase anything but the staff was very nice and helpful with no pressure. There was a decent choice in flooring.

All of the staff at the Hampton Lumber Liquidators location are knowledgeable and very helpful. They provided numerous samples for me to take home, free of charge, (unlike other stores). Once I decided on the Rocky Hill Hickory waterproof flooring, the order and delivery process was smooth. Ashley ensured that I had the required end caps, t-molds etc. I installed my flooring and had a few boxes to return which I was able to do free of hassle. Love my floor!!
