IF I could give them a zero I would. Worse service ever! Got approved for loans via emails and them was sent another email denying my loans. Was asked to send in 2 paystubs, then later was told to send in 2 years of tax returns. They thought my paystubs were fake. What a joke of a bank. I would never refer anyone to them they suck! FLFCU!

the biggest joke of a bank I've ever dealt with. I've been trying to resolve an issue with an auto loan and they hang up on me, cut me off during me talking completely unprofessional they even lost a months payment this bank is nothing but problems

DO NOT GO HERE. No one wants to help you, no one calls you back, you can't get ahold of anyone. They don't email you back. Go to Bayport instead, they will actually help you. I'm still waiting for that call back Rozelyn.
