“I was under a lot of stress at work and knew a massage would make me feel better. I quickly learned that Kool Nails doesn’t just do nails. Tina was there, ready to accept me as a teary-eyed walk-in for a massage at the end of a long day. I had such a positive experience with her that I continued to go back while I was stationed in Hampton Roads. Tina is positive as well as confident in her craft. She clearly loves what she does and is very good at it. Most importantly, she truly cares about the human connection. Absolutely recommend Kool Nails to anyone looking to get nails done! Everyone is so nice which really makes the overall experience that much better! My appointment was with Tiff and she did an amazing job! She is so talented and does such wonderful work! So thankful I found this salon!

tiff has done my nails for a couple months and i am in love. she goes above and beyond every time in getting me exactly what i want. the designs are fire and she always gives a break down for the total so i know where my money is going.
