Best Heating & Air Conditioning / HVAC In Hampton

“10/31/2024: I had another great experience using Atlantic Plumbing HVAC this week. I contacted Atlantic Plumbing about a week ago after I had discovered a crack starting in the copper sewer drain pipe under the crawl space of my home. I made an appointment to have it looked at to see what my options might be. I could have had just a small section of the copper pipe removed and repaired, but decided since our brick rancher was built in 1964, that all of my copper drain pipes had seen their better days and selected to have them all changed out with PVC pipe. The cost to have what was needed to be done was $8,750, and it was worth every penny. The Atlantic Plumbing HVAC workers that came out to our home were Josh P. and Junior A. They did a great job. They changed out all my copper drain lines running between my washing machine, my kitchen sink, bathroom sink, shower and toilet. Its a lot of work to crawl around under a house to remove old plumbing and install new, they both earned every dollar for the work they did. This was my first time meeting Josh and Junior and I found them both friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They also answered the many questions I had and explained the process that this type of job required. I enjoyed talking to both of them and hope I deal with them again. Our little Yorkie, Tiger, usually barks at anyone who walks down the sidewalk in front of our house, and goes even crazier if they get close to our gate or front door. But this time Tiger did real good and didn't make a sound the whole time Josh and Junior worked in our home. I think dogs have a good sense of one's character which says something to me about these two guy the way he behaved. My wife and I were a little concerned how Tiger would be for the couple of days they were here, but it all worked out good and we were able to relax even better then we had expected. Thanks again guys for helping make one of my long time dreams come true while you were here. This is my 3rd time this year using Atlantic Plumbing at my home. The first time was back in March when I had a new 40 gallon Bradford White water heater installed. The 2nd time was for yearly scheduled maintenance on our HVAC gas pack, and this week having all the copper drain pipes replaced under the house. Each time, my wife and I have been 100% satisfied with the work performed. If I had to use one word to describe the quality of work that Atlantic Plumbing performs it would have to be "Outstanding." From the girls who take the phone calls for service and do the scheduling, to the workers who perform the various jobs, this company is top notch. I have dealt with a lot of home improvement and repair companies over my 41 years as a homeowner and my experience with dealing with Atlantic Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning has been the best. Ian Wise was at our home this August for a routine checkup of our house’s heat pump unit. Ian was on time, polite and considerate in not making a mess when he climbed into our attic with blown insulation from our hallway access panel and when he changed the filters in our two ceiling registers. The written report he left with us was detailed and he took time to verbally share that information with us allowing for questions. He was helpful and knowledgeable in answering questions.“

“My heat pump's wall thermostat went blank (it doesn't use back-up batteries), so I couldn't use heat or AC at my home. I sent a service request to AHS warranty, and they assigned this contractor immediately. I received a call from the contractor right away and my appointment was scheduled for the next morning. The technician arrived on time and immediately found a blown fuse in the air handler, which he replaced, and the wall thermostat display started working, but the heat and AC still didn't come on. He then went outside to the heat pump and replaced two bad parts (a transformer and contactor, I think). I believe those two parts got fried and caused the fuse to trip. The problem was fixed on the first visit. Both the office staff and the technician were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and the technician was very thorough in his work. This was my first time using the AHS warranty (or this contractor), and I was pleased that the repair was covered except for my deductible.
