Team arrived on time. The Service Manager, Dwight, lead the team doing attic work on a summer day.
Dryer vent ducting, installed by the builder wasn't installed properly to the roof cap vent. Also the insulation wrap around the duct had unraveled. Dwight, having done this repair work previously, did the repair of the ducting. Pictures of his work shows accomplishment of a highly professional job. I’ve used this company for almost 15 years. Warren, the technician is always professional, calls ahead, is friendly and even my cats like him. They return at no cost if an issue arises between service dates too. Highly recommend.
