Such friendly and personable staff. Wish I could give more stars. I could have been on the phone with them just chatting all day! Their customer service is bar none to the competition. The sweet woman was extatic with her surprise arrangement and I couldn't be more grateful for their quick to act delivery.

I cannot say how wonderful these folks are been in business for 50 years with the original owners still there with 81 years young. OMG they are wonderful just blew my mind. I moved away along time ago and never knew this about Grundy Floral. The Silcox family Rocks. Use these folks. Very Highly Recommend. Shirley was such a sweet lady and arranged gorgeous flowers for my dads memorial brunch. She was very sweet and treated my toddler with such kindness. Best wishes to you and your family!
