“They are much better now than they used to be. Was an agent here a few years ago. The former general manager (JD) was a nice guy but he let a lot unqualified managers go unchecked. One manager (BG) from the midwest and another manager (JB) from New York were horrible.They have new leadership and are much, much improved!“
