Requested that they come out to perform an estimate to install a new gas line and replace an existing water heater. Had to call them three times just to get a call back. Finally connected, and scheduled an appointment. He then had to move the appointment. I accommodated him. He finally shows up on a Saturday, spends about 20 minutes with me. Promises an estimate in 2 days. No estimate came. After three days, I texted him to ask if the estimate was coming. He said it I would have it tomorrow. Guess what, I'm still waiting. I thought he was reputable because he was referred by another plumber I've worked with many times. I guess my job was not important to him. Total flake.
