She's great with traditional coloring like ombré and balayage, but if you are looking for fun colors, she is the one to go to in Gloucester. From oil slick colors to split tones and dip dyes, Courtnie does an amazing job at a reasonable price. The pics are quick, last-minute colors for concerts.
