This has been a pleasant experience. I have not been to the dentist in 30 years. I walked in extremely worries and walked out with a plan . Extreme shout out to the staff. The hygienist and Dentist and Dental Surgeon, as well as Ariel the office manager.
To further add. They held true to everything they said when my dental plan was made. I completed all work within a month. I was treated with the utmost respect and patience. I no longer fear going to the dentist 🦷 anymore.
As always the office visit was pleasant, slightly less pleasant than prior visits but still okay. I spoke the office manager about my concerns and she made me feel like my experience matters and she was very open and respective to what I said.
Amazing experience. I was nervous going in but the entire team made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I felt like I got the attention and service needed. I wish the phone system was smoother and it was easier to get to a live person, but loved that I was able to get an appointment quickly.
