I would like to give a review of the work that I had done at Franktronics in the last week.I brought Franktronics a box of parts to assemble a computer for me - about 2400 dollars of parts in total that I had hand picked for thier specs and their compatability. Frank talked to me and assigned a tech to my case, named Jeff.Jeff took all of the information and gave me a quote with a timeline. On time, I was called and I went to pick up my new Desktop PC. He had a box filled with my boxes, a list of what he did to the unit on an invoice, and told me a concern he had with Windows 10. Very affordable! Had a computer whose UI and OS went out and it was fixed for an incredibly reasonable price. Customer service was above and beyond (Thank you Jeff!) They explained everything step by step and the turn around time was quick, especially considering the holiday season. Can not reccomended enough.
