Went to Ulta's salon for the first time. Kimberly, their elite hairstylist was a delight to work with. We had a consultation followed by the actual appointment. She was very knowledgeable, detailed and cared about doing a good job!! Kimberly was very pleasant & friendly. She did a terrific job & I enjoyed the experience!!
Super helpful staff -you just have to ask them to engage! They will do a complete work up on what products are good for your skin tone etc. I ended up with a bunch of MAC products,Juicy couture, and surprisingly, I love the lip gloss from one of the Jenner girls I cannot remember her name right now
Shoutout to Lena in the skincare section!!! (Unsure of the name spelling). She was so patient with me, answered all my questions about skincare and helped me pick some awesome products that have already started helping my skin. Such a great customer experience. Can't say enough good things! Thank you, Lena!!!
