Dr. Morlino always provides compassionate care and makes herself available to her clients. I currently have two large dogs and we have been clients of the practice for over 15 years. She is attentive to each of my dog’s personalities and breeds. The assistants and all the staff are kind and helpful. My senior dog recently gave me a scare and they were so responsive when I popped in during my anxiety over next steps and his follow up exam.
I’m extremely choosy about who I trust with my pets, so when we moved to VA from PA (after years with a local family vet who cared for all my childhood pets) choosing a new vet felt nerve-wracking. After reading so many positive reviews, we decided on Short Pump Animal Hospital, and I truly don’t think we could have made a better choice! The doctors, technicians and staff are very knowledgeable, professional and caring. Oliver has seen both Dr. Morlino and Dr, Recer and they’re wonderful. Katie, the office manager is amazing and always takes the time to answer my questions.
