Today what's my first time going to Ruby nails. Amy was my nail technician and she was great!! it was the Amy that's been there the longest she told me because they're two Amy's there.? I was greeted with a smile I was greeted with excellent consultation and she talked to me and made me feel that I was a valued customer. I will be back soon because I didn't order a glass of wine I had a bottle of water but they do offer Moscato!!

I’m only giving this 4 stars because of Amy Tommy! I appreciate her professionalism, craft, and customer service after my frustration with Dani. If it was based on Dani it would be a zero!
Dani made an appointment with me and then after 30 minutes of sitting and waiting told me she had customers and could not do my nails. Only after I asked how much longer. She never acknowledged me before that. I understand being busy but don’t make an appointment if you can’t honor it. I am from out of town and was recommended to come to her but never again!
