“Easy to book and find. Place is clean and organized with the exception of the bathroom that needs more cleaning.She is very professional and explains things to leave you with no questions. Talks while waxing you and makes you feel comfortable.Table don’t have heat but the temperature in the place is good for when you’re half naked.She got all the hair removed without leaving any behind and offered free numbing as well as free aftercare package which you don’t get anywhere else!Prices are great and they include drinks and snacks. I loved it and will recommend all my people to her.Plenty parking in front and the street next to her but you will have to pay for time.I appreciate her honest business and that she didn’t pressure me to get any additional services as well as no pressure to tip.“

“I had been following her on Instagram for a few months "thelashlady_roz" and I was a fan of her work. I have had bad experiences with eyelash extensions in the past and I was not easily sold by a nice IG profile. Anywhoo - I had a girls trip scheduled and I wanted to glam up a little bit so I decided to try her out. The location is very easy to find, however pulling around the back - not so much. This was NO issue for me because I was given to option to enter through the front and ring the doorbell. Easy, enough. Her studio is cute and shared with a hair salon in the front (with possibly other businesses that I did not take note of) - it is decorated with flower wall decor and a nice luxury chair, pillow and soft blanket to relax in. She keeps the Pandora playlist on 90s R&B which is a plus for me. She is always offering flash sales and deals, so she keeps things exciting and affordable. She is very professional, honest and knowledgeable. She works fast but keep in mind installation usually takes about 2 hours and fills about an hour. Zero pain and gorgeous results. Highly recommend!“

Jessica & Kyah were the best, sweetest, kindest people who worked in together (in tandem!) to put our daughter at ease, walk her through the process, make her giggle and dote on her plenty. The only people who cried (tears of joy) was us, the proud parents. It was a big decision for our 9 year old but she was ready!
