From start to finish, I was totally impressed with this professional company. The 1st gentleman I met was so easy to talk to and patient in answering questions. He showed a genuine concern about possible water leakage that no one else had been concerned about. Then I spoke with Tammy on the phone and what a wonder she is. Nathan's Roof did a great job for our roof leaking issue and re-roofing project. While scheduling an appointment was easy, we did have to wait approximately 20 days due to their busy schedule. However, the wait proved to be worth it. They did a detailed inspection and fixed the flashing/leaking issue on the same day. When I asked for the re-roofing quote, Nathan quoted me the reasonable quote and there was no hidden fee or surprises in their quote. After reading some good reviews online, we chose Nathan's to replace our roof this winter. The work was done professionally and quickly, and the team did a great job cleaning up after themselves once the job was done.
