I have never experienced a rude call such today. I will search for a better physical therapy center. In addition, they don't give you your whole time of the appointment. Mostly have of it!!!

Great hours and friendly staff! It's hard to find a place that can accommodate busy schedules but with early hours and late evenings, it makes it pretty darn easy. It may be tricky to locate on your first visit, as there is no outside signage indicating there is a PT office inside. So, located behind the Union Bank, there is a building with the name 'Trustmor' on the outside. Yes, this is it! Plenty of parking and go inside and it's the first door on your right. I've been to other PT offices around RVA years ago, and in my experience, this office offers a more personable and customized approach to treatment. May take a couple of weeks to get an initial appointment, but it's worth it. I'm glad I found this place!
