Very professional and helpful. The CPA I spoke with "Karen" researched a and helped me understand a multi- thousand dollar tax problem in minutes. I had spent hours running down the wrong solution path. In that direction I was never going to find the solution.I ended up with bad news but expertly given. Could have saved myself hundreds of dollars in interest and penalties with this person's advice a couple of years ago.Take away...Hire pros, you kidding yourself if you think you are saving $$$ with software alone.
