“Markel was great in responding to claims and was clear on the process of obtaining the claims. Once I have provided them with a receipt they calculated the damages and was able to send a check right away. I remember I lost only one sheet of the sheet set, Markel counted the entire cost of the item for me at the time. They understands the lost and cost of the items. When I told Markel I found the sheet, I have send them a check back for that portion, and they were also very honest in taking back the lost item I found that was not stolen.“
