Jay is a real professional at his job. He does his work efficiently and does the little things like getting rid of cobwebs as he is spraying. He always calls ahead before he comes to do service. He is always cheerful. He is a great technician and ambassador for Dodson Pest Control.

Amazing service! Literally no one would come check out the scratching in my mom's bathroom ceiling. For weeks, there was something that we couldn't get removed and then, today, they broke through- HORNETS.
My mom called and you guys sent out Cameron Wall on an after hours call to take care of the hornets, close up their way back in, clean up, and walk us through the next steps with peace of mind assurances all with a smile on his face and engaging with the kids when their play got in his way.

I am called ahead which gives me an opportunity to advise the serviceman of any new problems. He is always very nice as well as professional. When I call in between with issues, he responds and sets a time when he can address the immediate problem.
