Absolutely the best pedicures that I have ever gotten have been here with Nika. I like the Deluxe Pedicure because she massages the calf and foot with hot stones, working all of the soreness from my muscles. I leave feeling renewed. Highly recommend!

After quotes from 5 different local contractor companies, we went with NV Kitchen & Bath for our full guest bathroom remodel. Easily the ugliest room of our house, it was time to get it done. Frank & team did a great job through design to execution.
Of course a job of this size isn't without hiccups - mainly supply chain, third-party vendors, and a small pipe issue. With any good home contractor service, it isn't about the issue but how it is resolved. NV was a fantastic advocate for us and Frank and his team (Jo is the man!!!) were undoubtedly committed to our satisfaction.
Work included knocking out a hall closet to make the bathroom larger, complete demo of old bathroom, and floor-to-ceiling upgrades. The pictures probably don't do it justice, but this bathroom is BEAUTIFUL!

After over 10 years of getting waxed for Brazilian services, I recently switched to sugaring and had the most incredible experience at The Bombshell Studio in Short Pump with Melissa. From start to finish, the level of service and expertise was outstanding.
Melissa was extremely detail-oriented, making sure every hair was precisely removed. She was very easy to work with, inviting, and our conversation flowed naturally. Melissa is clearly an expert in her craft - she even taught me new things about the direction of hair growth in the Brazilian area that I had never realized before.
The sugaring results are amazing and so much better for my skin compared to waxing. I'm obsessed with how smooth and hair-free the area is. The Bombshell Studio really goes above and beyond - they even gave me a welcome goodie bag filled with treats.
The studio has a warm, inviting atmosphere and the staff is professional and knowledgeable. I'm already counting down until my next appointment. Because after getting the most horrible cut of my life (I’m 67) by a young inexperienced and incompetent stylist, another stylist, Dee Dee, saw what was happening to me, stopped her and took over. Dee Dee worked on my hair until it was far less atrocious. She was professional and apologetic. And, she’s talented.Shame on the owner of this salon. I found out he was styling hair in the chair right next to me and never acknowledged my situation.The salon gets a zero star—5 stars to DeeDee!

We always get top notch service at this location. My children and I go about every 6 weeks and are consistently delighted with the service, performance, and final product of any of the stylists at this location. Can’t recommend enough.
Requested style: The stylists always do a fabulous job on the style requested for myself as well as my children. When consultation is requested, they give excellent advice and recommendations on styling based on the priorities at the moment (shorter hair, fuller look, bothersome area, etc.) and desired outcome of the client.
This is the best place I’ve ever been for a haircut and it’s predominantly because of Kevin. All the staff were friendly and all the customers leaving there looked great. Kevin went the extra mile taking both my son and I last minute on a Friday night. First, he executed a perfect mullet on my toddler. He was patient with him and the haircut looked fantastic. Then he gave my head a razor shave, no bumps, no cuts, and very smooth results. He then gave my stringy beard the best fade it’s ever had while creating shape and making it look more full. Kevin makes me want to open a barber shop and put him front & center. His attitude was so positive and he clearly has a passion for his work. Wonderful service. Thank you Kevin!

Been going here for 2 years now. Ryan has been that dude at Parkside. His cosmetic and technical skills are top notch- he can execute almost any type of fade/taper and can even style the top- and most importantly, he is CONSISTENT and will not “slack off” after you’ve become a regular (as I’ve experienced with some other barbers). He’s easygoing and will listen and work with you to achieve the look you want, but also will provide honest feedback about what will look best with your hair type and features. I went from having a mid fade to a low fade after his recommendation and never looked back. I would encourage anyone, especially if you have Asian hair, looking for your next barber to hit Ryan up.

I'm thrilled to share my positive experience at Westpark Barber Shop! I have taken my kids there twice already, and I must say that they are exceptionally child-friendly. The barbers are incredibly kind and make an effort to create a comfortable atmosphere where kids feel at ease sharing their thoughts. One thing that sets this barber shop apart is the convenience of walking in without having to set month-long appointments. They also have a dedicated area with toys for kids, which keeps them entertained while waiting. The ample seating space and overall positive vibe make it a pleasure to visit. It's safe to say that Westpark Barber Shop has become our go-to place from now on. My kids absolutely adore this place, and I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a fantastic barber shop experience!

I would take the small flurry of 1-star reviews with a grain of salt - frankly they look kind of fake to me (notice how some are people who don't even live in VA - how often when you're out of state do you get a haircut?). The lady who cut my hair (I think the owner) did a fine job. I don't gather her English is very strong, but who cares? She's nice, I can walk in and not wait forever, and the prices are very reasonable. Contrast that to the place just around the corner from them that wants $55 for a basic haircut! I literally laughed out loud and left that place. This might not be the place for some fancy or trendy freak show style, but if you want a good simple haircut at an affordable price, IMO it's a good place to go.

I stopped here to get my nails done before my wedding in a panic. I found Amanda by chance and she was incredible working to get me in last minute. My wedding nails were perfect. I wish I would have taken more photos of all the sets I got done by her to share. She is truly talented and always made my nails perfect. The best experience I’ve ever had with a nail tech. She was patient and always fixed anything I was extra meticulous about. Amanda was my go to for pedicures as well. The salon is always clean and welcoming.There is also a HUGE selection of colors to choose from.

Sandy did an excellent job on my pedicure! I have in-grown toe nails & Sandy always takes time to cut them properly and make me feel relaxed with the scrubs and hot rock massage and foot massage. The polish is always done beautifully in whatever color I feel like having! I drive an hour and a half one way to come to Classic Nails because they are the best for my needs!

I went into for a haircut and it cost 50$. I have coarse, long hair that was very tangled at the ends from bleaching. Ryan did an amazing job and made sure I was comfortable with all styling choices all through the hair cut. I am new to the Richmond area and Ryan made me feel very comfortable, so I will definitely be coming back for future salon needs.

Today what's my first time going to Ruby nails. Amy was my nail technician and she was great!! it was the Amy that's been there the longest she told me because they're two Amy's there.? I've been seeing Ha to cut my hair for past couple years, and she is absolutely fantastic! I have very thick hair that has become more curly as I've gotten older, and can be difficult to cut evenly, but Ha gets is right every time! She also does a great job with color and I've done balayage color with her several times and it grows out evenly and lasts a long time between sessions. She always takes her time, and I never feel rushed, which is much appreciated. Also a major plus is that she charges very fair prices for cuts & color. Her salon is small, but more than adequate, and also services nails & waxing! Highly recommend for the Glen Allen/Ashland/North Richmond community!

Erskin handled entire demo, installation of new tile floor, enlarged shower, new toilet install, and drywall repair where old triangular jetted tub was removed. James did 90%+ of the work himself. He was professional, timely, kept the space clean, and performed a quality job. I will definate use again for futre projects. I am the neighbor referenced in the review from Mr. Shaheer, his review is completely absurd. I pay for the services from Southern Landscaping and have been nothing but pleased. They have always cut all of MY property since I pay for the services. If there was an issue with the way they cut my grass I wish you would come to me since I am the payor of the service and am 100% satisfied. I have never had any of their workers be "rude or impolite" to me. They have been nothing but helpful and respectful of my service needs. They use a blower and grass clippings are blown into the street or towards the back of my house. If there has been some wind blown grass clippings on someone else's yard its a shame I wasn't contacted about this directly. Southern Landscaping is awesome, however they cannot control the wind/weather. The negative review is from someone who doesn't even use their services. Ridiculous! Give thema callif you want great customer service and any type of yard work done! Highly recommend!

I was so please with my first time emergency visit here for a serious toothache. I was well greeted coming in and as I was called back to be service. I am one who need dental work done and afraid of the dentist ?. My X-ray was done allowing me to see pictures of my mouth on monitor and the denist was so informative on all that was going with my tooth. Insightful, friendly and professional dermatologist who is willing to be as aggressive or as gentle with treatment as her patients need her to be. I have three teenagers she treats for skin issues and she handles the stubborn skin as well and succesfully as the ones with extremely sensitive skin. Our dogs have been patients here for about a year. I appreciate everything about this practicing including kindness of the staff and ease of getting appointments scheduled. Our dogs see Dr. Shaw. He is very compassionate, knowledgeable, and kind. Putting one of our dogs down was one the hardest things that we’ve ever had to do. Dr. Shaw was so supportive during the entire process.

Not sure why it has taken me this long to write this review, since we luckily found Shady Grove Animal Clinic 12 years ago. Dr. Lucas is our main vet here, and he is very knowledgeable, patient and caring. Since we have 2 dogs with multiple medical issues, we have been cared for by every vet at the facility and they are all terrific. The entire staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. But if you don’t believe me, ask our dog who never wants to leave this place and can’t wait to visit again!
I have been going to Springfield Vet for over 22 years. So bummed Dr. Escobar retired, now soon to be Dr. Scotti. I will continue to bring my animals there, but it would be the same. These two Dr. 's very very special and kind Dr's. Excellent vets too! :(

Rob is so patient, gentle, answers every question with quiet knowledge and if he doesn’t know the immediate answer, he researches it, and genuinely cares about the wholistic well-being of his patients. He’s both helped and taught me so much about my body’s machinations, and I am ever grateful to have found him so close to home!
I suffered a severe spinal issue and have been searching for something to help with pain. After the first session with Jim I was blown away by how much of a difference I felt already. Jim is easy to talk to, friendly, polite, and actually listens to you. I cannot recommend him enough.
