The guys have it together! We had moved into a 1960s house about 3 weeks ago, that had been vacant for several months. As soon as we started to use any water, we started to have a sewer gas odor in the house, especially in the basement. Unfortunately, the original owner had not installed a clean-out tap for the main septic line leaving the house. Once Roberts had installed the cleanout, they then were able to run a smoke test of all of the drains in the house, uncovering several leaks. Once they fixed those leaks, mostly around toilets, we had no more odor. For the time they spent, I felt the charges were very reasonable. Excellent service and fair pricing, they were able to come out same day and fix not only the well switch but also pressure problems and a leak we had in the kitchen. The guys were so friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience, would definitely recommend Roberts for all your needs.
