A/C went down overnight on the hottest day of the year (and record high for many in the region). While all repair services were saturated and not able to take anymore service calls for nearly a week, E&L was able to provide the parts required to allow me to make the repair myself. I realize not everyone can do the work themselves, but E&L could have said, “see you next week” but instead was willing to work with me and provide parts at a reasonable price and I had the A/C back up within a couple of hours of reaching out to them.
