Rachel's Floors

We recently redid our laundry room ourselves, however had Rachel and her team update the floor. You can see the before and after below. Her team was amazing; professional, knowledgeable, and really intentional about not making a mess of our home. In fact, we had them measure out another space in order to get an estimate for some additional work to potentially be done in another part of our home.

Rachel is THE BEST! She came out to look at what I needed, gave me awesome recommendations (I needed something to resist stains in a high traffic area) and answered a bunch of questions I had about prep work I should do. Scheduling was easy and accommodating. The installers were on time and the quality of work was excellent. My kids, my dogs, and I all love the new carpet, we're all glad we went with Rachel's Floors! Bonus - she's very easy to talk to and in turn easy and enjoyable to work with, she understands her customers!

If I could give Rachel's floors more than 5 starts, I would. Rachel and Michelle were just fantastic. Rachel came to our house to measure the area and showed us the samples. She walked us through every step and told us everything we needed to know. Her installation team were great and finished a nice and clean job. We are very pleased with Rachel's Floors.
