Having Nova Steamers clean our carpet in preparation for moving worked excellently. They were punctual, professional, friendly, and very efficient. Hawk, the team lead, was easy to work with and paid great attention to the cleaning. The team did great work throughout the house. Hawk did an especially thorough job on two sets of heavily traveled stairs, providing the stairs with a greatly refreshed look. In addition to the great work, Nova Steamers was very reasonably priced. I recommend contacting them for any carpet cleaning need.
Hawk was great, efficient, and did an awesome job on our carpets! Very reasonably priced, and appreciated the 5% teacher discount! Definitely recommend & will use again in the future.
They were quick to arrive after calling. I had carpet cleaned in a bedroom and now it looks great. Pricing seemed generous also. I will be calling them again if I ever need steam cleaning.
