We visited Mystic Flow Wellness for the first time for a couples' massage and a few other things for a relaxing weekend. Booking an appointment over the phone was an easy process and she was very helpful with making sure that we get the services that we wanted. Upon arriving, we were seated in the lounge to relax and before the massage started, our masseuses asked us for our personal needs and gave us time and space to get ourselves situated. The whole experience was amazing! We felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after our spa sessions. The prices are reasonable for me. I would definitely love to go back!
The sound bath experience with Sasha was energetically intense in the best of ways. For me, there were a lot of emotions that came up to be released. I'm very grateful to have been able to do so in such a sacred space guided by someone so grounded and kind natured. Thank you!
I’ve been coming here for several years. To find a knowledgeable acupuncturist in haymarket was a stretch and I was so pleased to find this place! They have so many alternative options for health, it’s likely if you want it, they have it. No need to travel closer to nova for these services when they’re right here in haymarket. Highly recommend. Everyone is so friendly and accomodating and the atmosphere is so calming, I never want to leave.
