We read all the five star reviews of Kemper Carpet and the salesman Ed in Gainesville, VA before choosing to work with them. Our experience mirrored those outstanding reviews. Ed was a pleasure to work with; showing us carpeting at various price points, pointing out which ones were on sale, and telling us which carpet types would best meet our needs. There was never any pressure to purchase. Similarly, the installers were outstanding. They arrived on time, worked diligently and did a wonderful job before completely cleaning up after themselves and vacuuming our new carpeting. I would highly recommend this company and Ed.
We used Kemper Carpet in 2023 to redo our basement. They were knowledgeable and helpful in selecting just the right carpet for our needs and budget. Installation was flawless! I highly recommend them and appreciate the quality and service.
Kemper installed two sets of carpeting in my home. First the upstairs, then the basement. Upstairs was perfect. Beautifully done. Part of the basement, however, had an issue because some of the padding was defective, being slightly thicker for a few inches every two feet or so. It was hard to see in bright light, but, you could see an issue with the light coming in the windows. Kemper sent a quality control person over who verified there was a problem. The salesman, Steve, also came over and saw the issue. They sent back an installer who took the carpet up and saw the problem firsthand. Kemper scheduled replacing all the defective pad that day and now it looks perfect.... read full review
