I called this afternoon because I am going thru chemo treatments and losing my hair. My family shaved most of it off last night but I needed it finished up. They not only made sure to fit me in but I was with the nicest, most compassionate man. He took his time, we discussed products and he made me feel right at home and comfortable. To have to deal with something such as cancer and to go into a men’s shop is daunting, but I felt comfortable and truly cared for. Been going to H&N since they opened in Gville. Even once to the Leesburg shop just prior to Gville opening. Always enjoyed the service, the folks working there, decor, and, of course, the chocolate and beer. I was glad to see membership increase as COVID factored less and less. Online and their app are very convenient to make appointments and the follow up messages/emails to appointment-making is always good. I like this joint!
