01/04/24 was my first appointment at this salon. Sarah was fabulous! She listened to me and gave me exactly the cut that I asked for. She is a very talented stylist. I will definitely return to Sarah for all my hair services.
I walked in for a haircut. Didn't see prices posted. I asked the price. $28. I walked out. 2 stars. They don't post their prices and i couldn't get an answer why the price was so high. See my 5 star review of Haymarket Barber Shop.
The manager of this location is very unprofessional. I booked an appointment for a haircut for my daughter and after waiting for ten mins was told they were busy and I would have to reschedule for the next day. I had left my newborn at home so I could get my daughter a cut so I asked for a discount and the manager (who could not even look me in the eye) just bluntly said no. Did not even apologize. The salon prof was great but the manager had no manners. Not the customer service you would expect in a place like this.Service: Kids' cuts
