I was honestly a little concerned at first after reading some of the reviews for this animal hospital, a few had me second-guessing whether I should bring my dog here. But after my visit, I can confidently say my experience was nothing like what some people complained about. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were kind and welcoming. The techs were super gentle with my dog, who can be anxious around new people, and the veterinarian took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. The facility was clean, organized, and had a calm atmosphere. I’m really glad I trusted my gut and gave them a chance. It’s clear they care about the animals they treat and the families who bring them in. I’d definitely recommend them and will be coming back.
I highly recommend Glenkirk Animal Hospital! They were able to see my dog, Daisy, as a new patient for a same day appointment to help fix up a wound. The assistants/techs/front desk staff are absolutely wonderful, kind, and caring. Dr. Usman Naqi was friendly and gentle with my dog and explained everything to me clearly. I also wanted to mention how affordable everything is- everyone worked so hard and my bill was more than reasonable, especially for the level of care that she was given. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough- but I truly am thankful and greatful for the care my sweet girl received today. Daisy says thank you too! ❤️
