I ran into an issue with my insurance that lasted a few months to sort out. They were helpful and patient through it all even though it required me to miss more than a few appointments while we tried to sort out the insurance issue. Mariam (sorry if I misspelled) is so helpful, warm, and nice to speak to. She takes care in giving genuine recommendations for glasses. They explained the benefits to me in a clear way and went out of their way to help work within my budget. Lastly, I have a mobility issue and have to carry around a heating pad for pain, and they were more than accommodating, plugging it in for me and getting up to grab glasses for me to try on so I didn’t...read full review
