10/10 would highly recommend F45 Gainesville location! The coaches are very knowledgable and they strive to help you with your fitness goals. They make the workouts challenging yet enjoyable. Have seen progress even within 3 months of going. Love this place!
I love the classes and team environment at F45. The coaches are supportive and encouraging, and the workouts have so much variety that you never gets bored! The studio is clean and organized, with new equipment. Highly recommend!
I’ve been loving my time at F45! The trainers are fun, knowledgeable, and really know how to keep you motivated through every workout. The classes are lively, engaging, and never feel repetitive which makes showing up so much easier. I also appreciate how early the classes start, so it’s easy to fit a session in no matter how busy the day ahead is. Highly recommend.
