I started my fitness journey about a year ago and I am so glad I found F45. It’s group workout classes for only 45 mins!! The coaches are amazing and are very helpful with form, any modifications you may need, and are always challenging you. Every workout is different and the community at F45 is like no other. I literally enjoy working out now and it is something I look forward to every day. I am always raving about how amazing F45 is and would 100% recommend it to anyone. F45 is my second home!❤️?

If there were 10 stars to give, this studio would get them! I have been coming here a little bit after they opened, and I can’t stop coming back! I started coming here to switch up my routine, and it was the best decision ever. The coaches, the members, the environment, all together makes this place one of the greatest! There is always a coach at your side to give you tips, help you modify an exercise, and encourage you to challenge yourself, every single time! Thank you, F45 Gainesville!

The coaches are awesome, you feel like you are part of a big, diverse and beautiful family where everyone pushes and supports each other! I am very happy with my decision to join nearly a year ago! The best place to decompress, have a good workout and good laugh!
