Love the fun crew at Gainesville, VA F45! Since day 1 this amazing team has been very welcoming and keeps me motivated to push towards my fitness goals. I enjoy their clean studio and find it helpful to receive knowledgeable instructions on the equipment from each coach. I’m learning so much about myself and from the community I workout with. No matter what your strengths are there’s a place for everyone’s level. Gainesville is very lucky to have Jaime and his enthusiastic crew to inspire us everyday to believe in ourselves. I highly recommend trying out this studio. It’s been a few weeks and I already feel much stronger and happier. Thank you F45!
If you have been to one F45, I feel like you've been to them all since the workout programming is done at the corporate level.
What makes this place different than other F45 locations I've been to is the facility and the coaches. The workout area is bigger, they have several bathrooms and a shower(!!) available. The coaches are cool, energetic, and motivating.
For years I have been setting myself up with one fitness app after the other, but it never mattered because I always got bored and couldn't keep up consistency/motivation. I joined the F45 Gainesville Family at the beginning of this month and I am so glad I did. In just a few weeks, I am already seeing improvements with my body and stamina. I love going to each class as they are fun, challenging and motivating. I've taken classes from most coaches there now, and they are all super kind and motivating. Also, the community is great! I highly recommend anyone join.
