Smooth and stress free photoshoot. It was rough trying to get my 2 year old toddler dressed and out of the house for the photoshoot, but once we got there Emily and her assistant were so sweet and good with baby girl. She didn’t throw a tantrum and this mama got to relax and try on some dresses that Emily had for me. My husband who hates photoshoots and grumbled the whole way there, enjoyed the experience as well! Most importantly the photos came out beautifully. Love our pictures.

We absolutely loved working with Emily for our birth and newborn photos! From the first time we chatted on the phone, I knew we’d be a great match. Emily is so friendly, competent, and honestly goes beyond the role of photographer - during both our birth experience and newborn shoot, she was right there to lend a hand and anticipate our needs before we could even ask for help. She’s truly a baby whisperer! She even called the hospital room service line to order us a meal after delivery so my husband could continue bonding with our baby while I was tended to by the medical team. I cannot say enough good things about Emily and the experience we had taking newborn pictures. Honestly, what a dream come true! From the first time we spoke on the phone, it felt like we clicked and she was both articulate about what she could do and her process, and also provided an awesome balance of flexibility for any hopes or requests I had for the photos. She answered my questions and gave me complete confidence that she was the right fit for me and my family.
