We dropped our Bichon Collin as we left on vacation. He was in good shape when we left. When we returned Collin has lost his sight after an apparent scrap and no one paying attention to our boy. The manager said it was just a bump and that she would be in touch.We have since tried many times to reach the manager Melissa to discuss, no one has returned our calls. We had to take him to the emergency hospital and for follow up care. No one at this facility seemed to care or even know how to reach a manager. Total disappointment. Next stop corporate office. Don't take your dog to Dogtopia of Gainesville.
