I had a million adjustments (only a slight exaggeration) and was extremely picky about size and placement. I felt bad about being so particular, but Kate was the model of patience and professionalism. She took each adjustment in stride while also offering guidance on what would make for a successful, long lasting tattoo.Setting and rescheduling the appointment was incredibly easy. I chatted with someone online on the Instagram messages and always was responded to in a timely manner with the relevant information.The setting itself is clean, bright, and in general quite chill with some fantastic eclectic decor. In the end I chatted with at least 4 different employees (including Kate) and every single one of them was personable and easy to chat with.
