I'm very pleased to highly recommend this company for your hvac needs. Our old system had the furnace in a barely accessible area in the attic & it was very difficult to change the filters or do any maintenance work. After 25+ years of dealing with my crawling through the attic, I knew it was time to replace the system and upgrade the worn ductwork. Tim and his crew removed the old setup and created a brand heat pump new system with the furnace having easy access in the garage. What an awesome job! The entire team did an awesome job helping us navigate through an condenser unit failure which lead to us replacing our entire furnace and outdoor condenser as well. Royal Heating and Air Conditioning provided us with all of the options so that we had everything right in front of us and there was no pressure for either one. this place was absolutely fantastic. the worker came and gave me an estimate. Than gave me a time and when he could do the job. when he came back to do the work he was very knowledgeable and did great work.. when he was finished hw gave me the bill and was less than what he quoted. He could have charged me for what he quoted but he was honest and only charged for his time there. Very happy with work. cleaned up afterwards also.
