Mr. Rooter was a lifesaver this past week. First, they came and replaced our water heater. Then, we had a water line break in our wall and Mike K. from Mr. Rooter was able to quickly come out and find/fix the problem. Everyone we have encountered from Mr. Rooter has been professional and know their trade very well. Definitely recommend.
I had a problem with my shower. The handle broke and I couldn’t turn the water off and this was on a Saturday. Mike Kenney came out and made the repairs saving the day. Mike Kenney was knowledgeable, professional and so courteous. Thank you Mr Kenney and Mr Rooter for such a great experience. I was very satisfied with the cost!
We just had our water softener replaced. Alex did a great job and was such a nice guy as well. It was obvious he really cared about providing good service. Not sure how better to describe it, but this business has big company efficiency and professionalism with small business kindness and customer attentiveness. I feel really lucky to have found them and will keep coming back.
