“We paid for a fence that was to be installed along our property line but this company installed the fence in the wrong location. To rectify the issue, Jeffrey from FBF told us that he would stain the fence free of charge if we purchased the 5-gallon container of polyurethane. More than two months and multiple calls later, we’ve still not received a response.
I’m leaving a 4-star review only because their Manager/office manager /receptionist has provided excellent customer service and she’s possibly unaware of this issue. In addition, the fence, itself, looks great.
