Recently had my Navy dress blues cleaned here, and they did a great job cleaning and pressing my uniform. However, they did mess up the 2 creases on the pants and 1 on the jumper. When I brought the uniform back in to get pressed again, they fixed the incorrect creases on the spot for free. The service is fast (in by 9, out by 5, otherwise 24hr turn around) and reasonably priced ($3 per item). The only reason they don't get 5 stars from me is because I had to go back to get my uniform pressed again. Otherwise, it's very great service.

I’ve been going here for years and everything has been great. Recently I left a lot of cash in one of the pant pockets. I went back the next morning and they had it all in an envelope and it was all there. Unbelievable!! Thank you so much! I definitely chalked that up as a lost. Thanks again!!!

Had a nearly new uniform in to get some patches added and dry cleaned. Red ink from another customers garment got on it. ZIPS made it right and owned the issue and made it right. Accidents happen, integrity and ownership of an issue is what matters. I will gladly recommend them to others.Service: Alterations
