I used to love this company. But their customer service sucks. I was sent a text the night before to confirm my appointment for 8-1030. After I confirmed I received a text asking if I could do 1030-1. I said no 8-1030 is better. So come 1030 still no call from the technician I called the company and they said he's still far away from u and won't be there until 1pm. They said they were busy and got behind. I'm sorry if I'm supposed to be one of the first appointments how do u get behind? Also isn't it interesting how they went ahead and pushed my appointment back anyways after I said no. Thanks for a great cleaning experience! We appreciate your patience with scheduling as well. We had to reschedule twice due to dog sitting. Zerorez was flexible. Our technician Oscar was personable and professional. Great job! Our room and stairs look great! And we really appreciate the military discount.
The carpets look like new! Love their efficiency of this company. My one complaint is I called to get a quote on another service and whoever answers the phone should not be doing that job. No- didn’t ask my question on that phone call- I sent an email instead.
