Xceptional did a fantastic job getting rid of a racoon family that had gotten into my attic. Their technicians have a wealth of information and they take care to remove the animals humanely. They offer a wide range of service, from animal removal to damage repair and they are happy to answer questions. Highly recommend!

He was extremely knowledgeable about the habits of these creatures and confident about where my home's weak spots are and how to handle them. I learned a great deal. He was also very professional and pleasant to interact with. He took my concerns seriously, discussed options including humane options, and was clear through the whole process of what would be done and how. I hope you truly read this entire review. The service man that came out was amazing. I could not ask for any better of a person. He educated me, and I had a complete understanding of my problem. He even told me what to do in the future. I would have gladly paid money for the estimate and the education. However, the office staff left some things to be desired. My original appointment was for 0700 hours up until 0900 hours. At 0925 hours I was calling the office to find out where my technician was. Somehow I was actually scheduled for a late afternoon appointment. What I am trying to say is the office follow-up was very poor and it did not rise to professional reasonable... read full review
