Urgent Care in Fredericksburg

“It was my first time to come to CareNow and I was blessed and over joyed with the integrity, knowledge and compassion of everyone I came in contact with there!!!!!
Their character and friendliness were genuine and refreshing. It's been a longgggg time since I have been where the patient ( AKA ME) was treated with such common courtesy, respect and just plain ole humanity.
I didn't know how to handle NOT being treated like I had a stop watch behind me or like I was just there for the some doctors yacht payment or there was a quota the doctor was trying to meet in 2 mins. or less.
I WAS HEARD! I WAS ABLE TO ASK QUESTIONS WITHOUT BEING RUSHED!
MY THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS MATTERED!
Thank you for being there for me everyone ....from the sweet young lady at the front desk to the medical staff to the exam room to the PA that I spoke to about why I was there. I know I am going to from now on. Be blessed ?“
