Gary and his team were professional, cordial, and respectful. They explained the process of the piping replacement from digging through the floor slab to post pipe replacement leak testing and sealing the floor back with concrete. They were very accommodating and answered any questions I had about pipe damage and replacement, and area maintenance around the pipes. With such a disruptive and apprehensive experience as this, they made it as comfortable and reassuring as possible. They did a great job and finished within the estimated time. Very happy with the new pipes. Thank you very much! Highly recommended!!!
Kenny did an excellent job installing my new HW tank at a very reasonable fair price. The Pipe Doctor plumbers are professional, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient without up-selling the customer. I have hired Pipe Doctor for multiple repairs and installations. I usually ask for Owen because he is thorough and is great to work with. When Owen isn’t available, the people that come out are all great. Gary (the owner?) is transparent when you talk to him, and he does his best to work with you if you need to speak with him.
